Q: App Store updates

Hi

App Store (2.1) finds two apps, Line 4.9.0 and PDF Toolkits + 2.1 to update on my iMac, MacOs 10.11.6, but doesn't update. Any suggestions of how to handle this problem are much appreciated. Thanks

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

    Have you tried restarting the Mac and relaunching the App Store?

    Are you trying to update them simultaneously, if so try doing the updates individually.

    It may be possible to download direct from the software developer.
