IForgot dont have sufficient information
This is a very old apple id. I tried to reset my security question on IForgot. First I choose the device verification method but the device that show was all broken. So I go back and choose the second method to try and guess the answer of the question after many times it show that they dont have sufficient information. I am not convenient to call the support so I try to contact them by the form but it takes so long. I want to ask if there is any live chat thing? Or anyway to help me fix this. Thank you.
