IForgot dont have sufficient information

This is a very old apple id. I tried to reset my security question on IForgot. First I choose the device verification method but the device that show was all broken. So I go back and choose the second method to try and guess the answer of the question after many times it show that they dont have sufficient information. I am not convenient to call the support so I try to contact them by the form but it takes so long. I want to ask if there is any live chat thing? Or anyway to help me fix this. Thank you.

May be chat, let's see - it may be location/region sensitive

Apple ID - Official Apple Support > https://support.apple.com/apple-id
choose [Get Support] button at the very bottom of the page
choose [Other Apple ID Topics] from the button array
choose the [The topic is not listed] button
enter anything at all - i put " blah blah " literally
[Continue] button

I do NOT get any option for chat - only phone calls

The same situation.
If there is no Apple Support in your country... you can't get call-back or call by yourself in other country because only local numbers (short numbers not international)
