Q: How to ease into or gradually change Audio EQ
I am totally new to FCPX. I have cut some GoPro files together to practice. As such please excuse the terms I use and maybe the methods I explain as I am not up with you guys on the correct expressions.
The question I have relates to having a music track and voice track and editing the music track so that the voice can be better heard. The method I would like to use is to reduce the specific frequencies that are generally accepted to be used by the voice in the music track so that the voice is better heard without simply reducing the volume. One example of this might be http://nofilmschool.com/2015/05/simple-trick-will-make-your-dialogue-sound-bette r-stand-out.
My question is how can I ease into an EQ change in the audio track. For example with the use of keyframes I could gradually increase or decrease the volume. Can I do this with changes to the EQ?
