Q: i phone sent for replacement.Screen defective

I have apple care on my phone. Purchased April 2016. Screen developed small crack. In leather case not dropped or stepped on.

 

 

Sent defective phone in for replacement. New phone received promptly. I was billed for the full price for the new phone.

 

 

No status up-date. Original product received is all that appears.

 

I need my $500.00 back!
