Q: Carrying a specific currency to another cell
Hey community...
So I have an invoice with multiple tables on it, I fill in the data in one sheet and it pulls it on to a pretty looking sheet that I send to my clients. All good until I need to change a currency. How can I programatically set the currency of a cell (or what Excel people would call conditional formatting).
Lets say my sheet called Invoice Log has a row with A1, A2, A3 all containing monetary values (default GBP). Then on my Invoice sheet it pulls that in to the right positions (lets say D4, E4, F4), then on that same Invoice sheet when it totals it needs to match the currency of what has been brought through from the Invoice Log.
Any clever work arounds that you know of as I've exhausted my knowledge...
