I have problem with mms

leave cellular data on even if you're still connected to wifi and you shouldn't have any issues sending an MMS, as cellular data is required.

If you're still having issue then contact your phone carrier MMS is their feature.

Well you need to decide whether you leave cellular data on to receive/send MMS. or leave it off and don't receive/send MMS.

Unless your device and carrier support wifi calling, and you have it set up in your cellular account and device, MMS will require a cellular data connection. SMS and MMS are services provided by, and wholly processed by your cellular service providers equipment. So without cellular wifi calling support from your carrier, those two forms of short messaging will require a cellular data connection.

iMessage is an internet messaging service, provided by Apple and wholly processed by their equipment, not your carriers. Apple's internet messaging service merely requires an internet connection, be it cellular or wifi. But it also only works between Apple devices, provided all those Apple devices involved have an active iMessage account configured on them, and have a live internet connection.

That's correct. MMS messaging requires a cellular data connection. That's how it works. If you turn cellular data off, ou will not be able to send or receive MMS messages.

IF your carrier offers wifi calling, and IF your iphone model supports it, and IF your cellular account includes wifi calling support set up on it, then yes, you can send and receive SMS and MMS messages over wifi.

I provided you two links explaining messaging, also let you know that cellular data is needed to use MMS which you replied back stating you knew that but still choose to turn it off.

SMS uses the cellular voice connection. iMessage uses a data connection, either cellular or WiFi. MMS requires a cellular data connection.
