Q: iOS 10 is now out.

A word of caution, if you absolutely have to have it first, then have at it, but before you download the update, BACKUP YOUR DEVICES!!

Remember that the servers are going to be overloaded so have some patience. You might be better off waiting for a while, like maybe even 24- 48 hours.

I am seeing this same issue with my iPhone and iPad Pro.

One tip... make sure to update iTunes to the latest version on your Mac. Before I updated iTunes, it was going to install iOS 9.3.5. After updating iTunes, it is trying to install iOS 10.0.1.

Before updating, be sure to do a backup.

Me too. iPhone 6 updated without so much as a hiccup.

Currently updating my iPad Pro 12". so far no issues.
