Apple Watch vs. Embrace Watch

I have non-epileptic seizures and someone referenced the Embrace Watch by Empatica. The hardware on the back of the watch looks very similar to the back of the Apple Watch. Does anyone know if there is an app available for the Apple Watch that does the same thing as the Embrace? Would the Apple Watch hardware be able to do what the Embrace Watch does? Thanks.

Considering the Empatica is designed for people with epilepsy, you would be better off with that than an Apple Watch.

I understand that, I am just wondering if the same thing could be achieved with an apple watch so you get all of the additional benefits of the apple watch along with the epilepsy monitoring.
