Q: My iPhone device is not working after updating to iOS 10
My iPhone 6s automatically updated to IOS 10. The device is now saying connect to iTunes. I have tried to get back to the old operating system and I have waited over an hour. I was going to try to contact Apple support but I cannot get to my serial number right now. This device is pretty much useless right now. Does anyone know how to fix this?
iPhone 6s, iOS 10, I was originally at iOS 9.3.5

Enter recovery mode as described here. You may have to try to enter recovery mode more than once to succeed.
CAUTION - Be certain you are using the latest iTunes, iTunes 12.5.1 released Sept. 13, 2016, as it is the version that handles iOS 10.
