Sep 13, 2016 11:08 AM in response to Schneckalby Mrs.Mayhall,Mine is the same. Tried to Update and Restore both in iTunes. Still connected with the Plug into iTunes on my screen. iTunes says it is downloading the software and it reverting it back to 9.3.5

One tip... make sure to update iTunes to the latest version on your Mac. Before I updated iTunes, it was going to install iOS 9.3.5. After updating iTunes, it is trying to install iOS 10.0.1.
Before updating to iOS 10, be sure to do a backup.

Don´t know what to do, I can´t even try to reset it
