Q: how do i reorganise folders in iOS10?

When i press and hold on a folder previously, the items would jiggle and i could delete or move them and the folders as i wanted to.  Now press and hold does nothing.  So how do i reorganise folders n

    Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are needing to rearrange the apps and folders on the home screen of your iPhone. I know how important it is to be sure your home screen is organized the best way! Check out this article that has steps for how to Arrange the apps on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Specifically:

     

    * If you press firmly, then instead of jiggling, you might see Quick Actions for the app. Tap outside of the Quick Actions list and then touch and hold lightly on the app to try again.
