Q: Trying to upgrade to iOS 10, now stuck in recovery mode
On iPad Mini 4 I try to upgrade to iOS 10, I wait 18 minutes while upgrade download, then iPad goes into recovery mode, says plug into iTunes and I wait for another download, and I end up back in iOS 9.
Tries again, now I'm stuck in recovery mode. I cannot "restore" nor can I "upgrade". I have tried 5 times.
I'd be happy to only restore for now (backup handy), but I'm stuck in recovery mode. Tried forcing retart, etc, always returns to screen telling me to plug into iTunes.
