Unable to connect to iCloud music library
After updating to iTunes 12.5.1 this error message popped up immediately. It keeps popping up and bugging me. Has anyone found a fix yet? I have tried signing out and back in, no help. Thanks for any help!

I'm on with support too. I can not stream or download iCloud Music Library content. iTunes tells me unknown error 8003. iPhones shows me unknown error. I can steam apple music and iTunes purchases. The issue is related to non-iTunes purchases uploaded into iCloud Music Library.
Yep, and support is currently working on it and they told me that they'll get back with me soon. I believe its the music collection that we own that is not Apple Music that's not working in iCloud despite the fact I kept iTunes Match.
After talking with 5 people, I all of a sudden could steam content again and download. 4 hrs of downtime for me. I still have one song, the song I first noticed wouldn't play, that will stream, but I get an 8003 if I try and download.
Having the exact same issue here, also after updating to 12.5.1, most likely a problem on Apple side then...
I am experiencing the same issue. My question is that I have the MacOS Sierra beta and updated and it is not working. What are you guys on?
I am having the same issue. Running 10.11.6.
Running 10.11.6 here also
Have you tried restarting your computer?
Yip, also tried logging in again.
Running 12.4.3 on Windows 10 and I have the same problem. Maybe related to the iOS 10 release?

Could be. I can see you and 2 billion other people having to all log into iCloud again after all the upgrades going on today. I am sure Apple is very happy at being able to maintain a fan base of those who absolutely must have the latest and rush out to spend lots and lots of money the second something appears. I am too because then I let them test everything on their computers first and discover any bugs and which favorite features have been removed. 👿
Since I updated iTunes I have the same problem
Unable to connect to iCloud Music Library.
I checked https://www.apple.com/ca/support/systemstatus/ but it looks everything is working
I guess it could be down because there are a lot of updates going on (iOS 10) and maybe the servers are super busy
Let's check it again later on
Yes--both to no avail.
I have the same issue. I am on MacOS 10.11.6 on my laptop and 10.10.5 on my desktop. They both have the same problem (can't connect to iCloud Music Library).
I also have one account with iTunes Match and another account with Apple Music. Neither account will connect. I also tried restarting the computers.
Hi,
Yes, have restarted multiple times. Also have logged in/out of my account between reboots. No luck. Not only do I continually get the "Unable to connect to iCloud Music Library" message, but I am unable to connect to any of my Airplay speakers. Additionally, I have a now long-displayed message stating, "Deleting Genius results," that doesn't have a way to close, was I able to close iTunes. Finally, iTunes crashed and posted an "iTunes quit unexpectedly message..." with these exception types:
Yikes. Not too excited to see that reference to a "corpse" in there.
These issues have occurred immediately following upgrading iTunes today. A little freaked out here. Hoping things will all catch up, maybe after all the extensive server hits calm down later today?
Cheers
