Peoples Album not updating iOS 10

Hi,

So I recently downloaded iOS 10 and the peoples album is not updating for me, even after following its instructions to lock it and connect it to power, therefore my memories tab isn't updating either.

I've restarted my phone to no effect.

iPhone 6s, iOS 10

I had the same issue. At the beginning it was hanging and not scanning the photos. However, a day later I tried it again and then it was completed. So, a bit later it seems that it will finish it eventually.
