Just updated to IOS 10 and text replacement is not working.  For example typing in omg should bring up oh my god. Has anyone else got this?

After multiple attempts of signing in and out of iCloud with resets and all, nothing happened. I decided one last time to shut off auto-correct. After rebooting, I turned auto-correct back on, and took a look at my text replacements and they all showed up right in front of my eyes. Finally.

    Hopefully this helps!

I tried all of the suggestions above but nothing worked.   Then I just turned off

    "."Shortcut

and all of my shortcuts reappeared.   I turned it back on and all of my shortcuts stayed so I'm back to where I was before updating to ios10

I've tried all the above, including turning off "." Shortcut.  Still can't recover previous keyboard shortcuts.

I figured out a work around...(and I totally agree with you, definitely an iCloud issue)

I updated my iPhone, but not my iPad.

    iPhone shortcuts--gone.  iPad shortcuts--still there.

I go to my iPad and add a shortcut (to the many I already have).  After saving the new shortcut on my iPad, ALL my shortcuts (including the new one I just added from my iPad) INSTANTLY appear...without even touching my iPhone!  (I already had the shortcuts pulled up on my iPhone)

Anyway, hope that works for you guys.

I rebooted my iPhone, then turned off the Keyboard Auto-Correction setting, and Text Replacement started working.  I turned Auto-Correction back on, and it still works.

Hi, I had this just happen to me too and FIXED IT.  The text replacements were still listed in the settings but didn't work.  I rebooted my phone - no luck.  I turned iCloud Drive off and on, like others suggested - and all the text replacements disappeared from the list!  I resigned myself to reentering all of them.  I entered one and then all of the others magically appeared! Hope this works for you too.
