My Microsoft Designer Bluetooth Keyboard does not appear as an item in Blue Tooth Menu

I Just bought a Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard, after turning on, it does not show as a selextable option in the Bluetooth Selectable items menu.

Any ideas?
