How stupid is no effects with Reduced motion turned on?

So with reduced motion turned on the message send effects don't work, this you have a choice at least, most don't really like the motion effects, live photos still work, as does live wallpaper; so why not message effects? why not a simple switch in message settings..................ugGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG
