Q: Lost Mac while installing windows
While installing windows on MAC, i have erased my mac partition totally and i am now left with windows 7 only on my mac book air. Is there any option to install mac back, i dont mind losing windows partition

I see that you have inadvertently erased your Mac partition when installing Windows. Was the partition itself erased or was it the Mac OS that was erased, leaving an empty partition?
If the latter, you can reinstall OS X from OS X Recovery. See this article for how that would be done: About OS X Recovery
Otherwise you can utilize Internet Recovery (Command-Option-R as opposed to Command-R) to repartition the entire hard drive and install the version of OS X that shipped on your Mac. Once that's completed, you can upgrade back to El Capitan via the App Store > Purchased.
