If I buy an iWatch, would I be able to see my pulse without pressing a button per each observation?

iPad 2, Mac OS X (10.6.8), iTunes v11.0.2 (26)

Hi


Yes - Apple Watch measures your heart rate automatically throughout the day, when you are still, and also continuously when recording workouts via the built-in Workout app.


Readings are shared to the Health app on the paired iPhone, where you can review the data.

To clarify: I'm afraid that this is incorrect.


When you are still, readings are taken more regularly than this - such as 2 minutes apart, for example.


Since Apple Watch only takes background readings when you are still, the time between such measurements will vary.
