Exchange iPhone 6S Plus for iPhone SE

I've been using the iPhone 6S Plus since it came out, and I am still finding that I miss my old phone. Honestly, it's just too heavy and too hard to use with one hand. I thought I would kick the habit of one hand use, but I haven't. Having played around with the iPhone 6 as well, I've decided that both options are just too big for my typical use case, which is one handing my phone. Constantly have pain from my hand cramping while one-handing the 6S Plus or just dropping my phone. It's time I went back. My question is if anyone knows that I can just go to the apple store and get an exchange at this point. I have Apple Care.
