Is there a way to opt back in to Ad Tracking once it has been limited?
I try to move the slider to the off position but it is greyed out like you can't select and toggle it.
Hopefully this makes sense.

Have you currently got Settings > General > Restrictions > Advertising (in the 'privacy' section) set to 'Don't Allow Changes' ?
I Don't even see the option for advertising in my privacy section.

I have it as the penultimate section, between Facebook and Media Library. As far as I know it should be available in all countries, I haven't found anything that says that it isn't - or do you have a profile installed on the phone that might be forcing it 'on' ?
I did have a custom profile that was disabling the toggle. Removed and fixed. Thanks!

Do you have a Settings > General > Profiles setting ? If the iPad is a work or school iPad it's might to have a profile
I do not have that setting.
Not sure if the setting has moved in iOS 10. Is it a work or school iPad, or did you buy it yourself ?
