I have created a new Apple ID. I can use it to log into iCloud, Apple store etc. I try to log into game center and it asks me to accept terms and conditions. I accept and it show me the pop up window to accept the terms and conditions again. I accept and it shows me the screen to choose a nickname. I enter an acceptable nickname and it immediately signs me out and asks me to log in again in an endless loop. I can log into game center with my old apple id, but not my new one though I can use it to log into everything else.
