Website playing 11 sec video on lock screen

Everytime I open the lock screen I get a website ( which I've never seen before ) at the top, and it has the pause button and the volume slider ( as if a video or audio is playing ) and it's 11 seconds long

This wont go away, I've already tried restarting my phone
