None. 10.0.1 is the final release of iOS 10 at this time.
V10.0.1 is correct.

No. 10.0.1. is the correct final public release of iOS 10. It's the one we all have. Nothing is wrong.
I have an feedback assistant on my iPhone too
Then you most likely have the GM release. It's practically the same to the final one.
The final release has no Feedback Assistant App though.
If you don't get the option to update anymore, then you may need to restore, and update through iTunes to get the final version, which is still 10.0.1 though. Just without the Feedback Assistant.
