my watch is an year old can i still install iOS3 and how is to be done? if i am open my watch app on my phone it don't show me upgrade.

You will first need to update your iPhone to iOS 10.0.1:

Then update your watch:

On your iPhone tap Settings > General > Software Update
Then update your Apple Watch > Update the software on your Apple Watch - Apple Support
i have the new iOS10 on my Phone and i thought iOS3 is out today. i run iOS10 as beta on my phone before but not on the watch.
You may find that removing the beta profile and restarting your iPhone helps.
