Q: iTunes 12.5.1 UI is totally broken
I have updated iTunes to latest version (12.5.1) and iTunes UI now totally broken. Windows 7 64 bit, screen scale - 125%. In home AppStore view right sidebar is out of the screen. When I click on some icon system shows another application.

You need to change your diplay scaling settings back to default in Windows display settings.
I had the same issue - it's solved now.
