Q: iPad mini internet connection issue
iPad mini shows wireless router connection and modem appears to be connected to the cable service provider and working properly, but the ipad cannot connect to the Internet.

Hi dridley,
I understand that you are having some troubles with getting your iPad mini connected to the internet. If you have not done so already, please check to see if there are any available updates for your device. You can do so wirelessly or with iTunes.
Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If after updating you are still unable to connect to your home wifi, try going through the steps in this link. If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network
