Can I download iOS 10 Update Once for Installing on Multiple Devices via iTunes?

I seem to remember that it used to be possible and was the preferred way. When I google this I’m surprised to find there’s no recent information on this (over the last year, though there are answers from 2012). I’m thinking this means “no”, but haven’t found that answer either.

So, can I download iOS Updates Once for Installing on Multiple Devices via iTunes? As many people own multiple iOS devices it’s surely a good idea.
