Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are having an issue restoring your iPad. I know how important it is to be sure your iPad is working and restoring properly. Check out this article with steps If you see Error 3194, Error 17, or ‘This device isn‘t eligible for the requested build‘ in iTunes. The article will give you steps to use to be able to get the issue resolved with error 3194.
