Can the Apple Store or my phone carrier help me bypass the activation lock on my new phone

So I tried to restore my new 6s+ with iTunes but I'm stuck at the activation lock screen, but the thing is my iCloud and Apple ID are different emails and I completely lost me iCloud info. Is there a way to either find bypass the lock whether it be going to the apple store and talking to them of going to my carrier. I have proof the phone is mine I just don't recognize the hint email it gives me and the email I thought I had I can't try resetting it because doesn't register as a appl id in the forgot section. I'm 100% lost please help.
