Q: iPad Locked With A Random Password And Account

I work for an auto company and somehow somebody was able to log on to their apple ID onto our iPad. Once they did that, they then set a password in which we cannot figure out. We tried to reset the iPad and still cannot bypass this. What can we do?

this is basically the same thing as forgetting the passcode to the iPad
If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
you erase it and start over as new
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
