invisible context window!

Having just selected some text and right clicked to get a context window which is hidden somewhere and invisible on the screen? Where is the window? Why is it hidden? I can see the window with Command Tab and I can not do anything in the App! I am going to have to force quit an loose 1hr of work!!!!

The Mac operating system is super unstable, I now feel its a massive burden using Mac OS
