I continue to go under my Apple Watch settings on my iPhone under software updates but it continues to tell me my Apple Watch is up-to-date with Watch OS 2. Is there a way to get it to allow me to download Watch OS 3 as it came out today?
iPhone 6s, iOS 9.1
First you need to update the paired iPhone to iOS 10.
Then restart both the paired iPhone and the watch.
Keep both devices on the charger and close to each other.
Open the Watch.app on the iPhone, then Software update.
If you have been running Beta software, try deleting the beta profile and restarting both devices.
