I had for got my password for ip6s and my phone died So I couldn't get in. So I took it too Apple so they can restore my phone and My iCloud keeps asking me for an encrypted passcode that I have to prove from another device? When I do this it just repeats it self. I don't have another device with that iCloud already logged in. I don't even have anything else Apple . What should I do ?

Sounds like maybe you might have two-factor authentication in place -- Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support

IIts so crazy because I have no clue on how I did it. & ive been using the same iCloud since the iph 4 I don't know anything about an iPhone but how take pictures so i just go too Apple support?
