For the past few weeks, my phone has been cutting off my apps, not loading, whenever i try to open an app (eg. notes) it doesn't even open it just flashes blank and goes back to the homescreen. Most of my text messages wont go through. And even though I've deleted almost everything off of my phone it still says i have no storage and it won't let me update my phone to ios 9.3.5. I press and hold the home and power button but when it comes back on it says "Hello" as if i restarted my phone or got a new one. It asks me for my wifi and then to input the password but when i do it says it's incorrect. Then in icloud when i put in my password and press "ok" the same thing keeps popping back up and telling me to insert my icloud password. Also for some reason my mother and i both have each others contacts combined with our own and i can't seem to fix it. All of my alarms seem to be turning off by themselves and i need them to wake me up in the morning for school. i turn them all on but when i close the clock app and re open it no alarms are enabled. Now i have to re sign in to facetime and when i do it says my password needs to be updated and i dont know what that means. Please help me there's something seriously wrong with my phone and i dont know what to do about it.
