Can I listen to a voicemail then save voicemail as new?

I need to be able to listen to a voicemail then save that Voicemail as new as a way to remind myself that the voicemail requires further action. Is there a way to do that?

I'm on AT&T with an iPhone 5s. Latest iOS.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.4

As listening to voicemails is done through the carrier's own analog servers, it cannot be marked as unread once read.

One idea would be to save them as voice memo's, or share them, as offered here - How to save Voicemail messages on your iPhone - Apple Support
