when you have the iOS 10 iPhone configuration in spanish and you try to open weather app, it crash.. and if you are using WhatsApp and you receive a friend ubicationt crash (the app)... please let me know how can i solve this!

Whatsapp hasnt been updated to support iOS 10 yet. Watch for updates in the App Store app.
As for messages, be sure to enable Diagnostics in Settings>Privacy>Diagnostics. This will allow Apple to improve the issue in future updates.

y supposed too... but the real thing is that it only crash (native weather & WhatsApp) when I have my iOS configured in spanish, if i change the phone language to english to works fine, I believe there is a bug in the iOS itself... PD: I understand coming from third party apps like Whatsapp.... but the native weather?? that is weird
I have the same issue. With the weather app and the health app. Iphone 6s spanish ios10 and with an iphone 5s ios 10. Both apps crash when i try to open them. Any solutions?

If my iPhone is in english all work fine. I did a complete restore and the problem is the same.
I found a temporal solution, change the region to United States with the Spanish (EEUU) iPhone language this fix mine. Hope can works on yours.
It works great with your solution!!!! but I must say that is a shame Apple can't react to this problem... not only iOS has a lot of bugs... macOS doesnt work like suppose to do... embarrassing... I really love apple products but this things disappoint me.

Ran into this problem this morning on the English version of the weather app actually. Found a tempor fix that worked for me. Before weather crashes Scroll up quickly. For whatever reason it seemed to shock it back into working again. I have no idea whats causing it it did the trick for me.
I also have the Weather app "crash" issue.
iPhone 7/iOS 10.0.3. English (Australian).
Disappointed to see this core app crashing very frequently.
Not a good reflection of internal testing.
My whatsapp app is not opening today. Any suggestions?
Changing the region to United States could fix this too.

Update: The app is open in the background but when I tap on it, it comes up to surface for a second and it disappears again, while staying open in the background as before. Swiping upwards to close the app and reopening doesn't change the issue. : ((
Same problem here. Trashed and reinstalled 3 times.
I even restored from a previous back when everything was running well, and yet #whatsapp did not work.
