How to enable differential privacy in iOS 10?

Hello team, can anyone tell me how to enable differential privacy in iOS 10?

iPod touch, iOS 10, 6th generation

Thanks for your help. Is differential privacy not available in Canada at this time? Because I don't see it anywhere in privacy settings. In case you don't know, I have an iPhone 5S and iPod touch (6th generation). When I go on the diagnostics and usage section of the privacy settings, all I see is share with app developers, improve activity, etc. but not a switch that should say " differential privacy." Any other suggestions?

As far as I know, there isn't an explicit setting for enabling only differentially private data collection. Differential privacy is used if you opt-in to sending diagnostics and usage data, to Apple or to App Developers, as evidenced by the text mentioning differential privacy in the "About Diagnostics & Privacy" and "About App Analytics & Privacy" explanations.
