Q: iOS 10 Problems with Mail App

Dear Apple and Support Community,

 

Here's my problem:

I upgraded to iOS 10 on my iPhone 5s this afternoon (Sept 13), and now I'm no longer able to open emails-- Yahoo! and Gmail. I can receive emails, I'm just not able to view the body of those emails. When I tap them, all I see is a blank white page. I can't respond to emails either. I can only flag them or delete them. I am, however, able to compose new emails.

 

Here are the steps I've taken to attempt to resolve my issue:

  1. Restarted my phone
  2. Deleted and Re-Added my Mail Accounts
  3. Performed a Backup and did a complete restore while plugged into my laptop with the latest version of iTunes.

 

I'd appreciate any help or further guidance with this issue.
