iOS 10 Problems with Mail App

I am also having trouble with the Mail App. On my iphone, ipad and Mac Pro. I have several addresses, one MSN, another on Go Daddy and Gmail. I am having various weird problems with threads and everyday it re-loads my emails, as though I have never read them before. Something is definitely problematic with Mail.

APPLE folks, can you help ?

I'm also having the same type of problem with my new Iphone7 and ios10 and had similar problem with another ios updated a year ago. Apple fixed it after a couple of weeks, but only weird mail during that time was frustrating.

Hi Emily, I was having the same problem with my mail, I have multiple accounts on mine. I read an article that the new iOS 10 is having difficulties processing email addresses with apostrophes and once you delete the account with the apostrophe you can open emails in the other accounts! One of my accounts had an apostrophe and once I deleted it, I could read emails in my other accounts! I know this isn't the most ideal solution but we will have to wait until Apple patches this with an update. Hope this helps!

I had a user with this issue and Apple advised:

To resolve this issue, go to Settings > Mail > Threading and turn off Complete Threads.

This worked for my user.

I am also having this issue, before iOS10 my Mail would work fine, I have 2 Outlook accounts. I can recieve emails, however when I try to open them it just gets stuck on a "loading" loop & that is the same with both accounts, I cannot view any emails at all.

MY problem is back, thought rebooting solved but that's temporary. IPad Air 2 64 gb, turned off threads completely. My email has an underscore in it. It looks like this half the time:

Finally it worked. Someone should alert customer support because they were clueless. Very unprofessional to be without remote access to business email for a month!

I have the exact same problem but I have an underscore in my email.

What are apple doing about this as the fix mentioned here doesn't work for me. I've also factory reset my devices and tried all combinations but I cannot read my work / exchange emails if I have an outlook.com Acct loaded. It must be a native mail app issue.

please help as this is causing a major problem.
