Not any more - that upgrade path ended nearly two years ago when support for iPhoto was discontinued

You need to purchase the upgrade to iPhoto '11, version 9.x.x.  Once you have installed a full version of iPhoto '11, you can update using Apple's Support downloads page.

Apple does no longer sell iPhoto since February 2015, as Larry pointed out. You could purchase an iLife '11 disk from Amazon. and then update to iPhoto 9.4.3 or 9.4.5.  First install a full version of iPhoto 9.x.x. using the installer DVD, then download the update. (see:  Download iPhoto 9.4.3)

9.4.3 and 9.4,5 will not run on the last Mavericks version you are running.  You need iPhoto 9.5.1.  You would have to downgrade your OS X version. The iPhoto 9.5.1. update is simply not available outside the AppStore. And you can no longer purchase an AppStore version

But I would save the trouble.  IPhoto is no longer functioning fully on Mt. Lion, no places support and no print products. Apple turned off the servers for these features for the older photo software. If you want a fully supported photo software, consider to upgrade to El Capitan and Photos for Mac.
