Q: Power and home button not working

I have a 5s and recently had the battery replaced.  After the update, the power button still clicks normally, but the iPhone isn't responding. The home button (Touch ID to) also doesn't work, but when I go the Touch ID and passcode page in settings and everything is normal (can't add Touch ID). The lightning port also seems to be dead. When I plug it in either to a wall or my PC, nothing happens. So my IPhone 5s can't be turned on, cant be charged, and the home button along with Touch ID aren't working. My phone is out of warranty and I might go see a phone store, I do prefer a free solution but if I do need to spend $$$ I will.

iPhone 5s, iOS 10

When you had the battery replaced, did you have Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider do the work? If so, then take it back there to have it examined again. If someone other than Apple did the work, then I'm sorry by you have voided any post-warranty support for the device and you are on your own.

It was done by me, I just wanted to know what to do next whether that's going to a repair shop for help or buying new parts online or what you would do?

Considering that Apple does not sell parts, then you are taking it in your own hands. Given that the home button is not working and Touch ID, I would say that it probably has something to do with the cable connection. Up to you how you continue, but you cannot get assistance here, nor with Apple.
