Q: Double-clicking on lock screen in ios10 not showing Apple Pay even though it is activated in Settings

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding Apple Pay isn't an option when double-clicking the Home button. I know accessing Apple Pay from a locked screen can make everyday use so helpful. I am happy to help get this resolved with you.

First I recommend restarting your iPhone. This can resolve many unexpected behaviors. Follow the steps below if needed.

1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
2. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
3. After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If the issue persists, the next option would be to Reset All Settings. This takes all settings back to default, including Wi-Fi networks and passwords, alerts, notifications, brightness, wallpaper, and sounds. This will also remove your Apple Pay cards. Even though no content is lost with this step, it's always a good idea to back up first.
