i have a big problem with Update to IOS 10 , Unfortunately i tried to update my iPhone 6S thru. the phone and unfortunately after installation , i was crashed , in order to fix it , i connected to iTunes in my mac book pro but after several times , update and restore failed ,

the other hand i faced another Apple ID in my connection , please help me .
