Thanks for getting back to us with that information, Dombeezy.

Thank you also for letting us know. We see you've posted in the iPhone in Business and Education forum. If this is an iPhone provided by your work place or school, you may want to check with the department responsible for providing your phone to determine if there's a profile installed that's causing this problen before continuing on. If it isn't, continue with the steps below.

    1. How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- It may be that there was a problem when you updated your phone. Since you'll need to completely wipe your iPhone, it's highly advisable to make sure you have a recent backup to make sure your personal data is protected.

    2. Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings -- In order to install a fresh copy of the iOS, you'll need to use iTunes to completely erase your phone. Using the iPhone's settings will only remove your personal data.

The first time through, select "Set up as a new iPhone". You can skip signing into iTunes & App Store and iCloud for now. Once you've reached the home screen, see if you're able to turn on "Set Automatically" in Settings > General > Date & Time. If you're able, continue with the next step.

    3. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup -- Follow the directions in this article to place your personal data back on your phone.

    Have a great day!
