hello, I want to remove lightspeed system from my ipad I buy it from my school and I left the school but the managment is still on it they prevent me from changing wallpaper and the name of my ipad and they access all my data

You need to take that iPad back to the school you got if from and have them remove it from their system.

No, the school will have control over their managed deployment program, not Apple. The school would be the only ones who could do it for you. You will need to write, call, email or otherwise contact them to see how to proceed.
