Sep 20, 2016 5:56 AM in response to David Bedfordby Dannmcg,I am about to trade in my Iphone for a Samsung. Why the **** would you take away features your users have been accustomed to for so long? STUPID
Why can't I still swipe to unlock?

Sep 20, 2016 3:36 PM in response to David Bedfordby rockys57,There is a work-around that I have been using, and it was the only way to delete all email in iOS 8. It is a bit cumbersome, but it works until they fix it on iOS 10. First, when in your INBOX, tap Edit, then Mark All, then Mark as Read. Then go back up and tap Edit again, then select the first email, making sure a check mark appears, then put your finger on and hold the Move button down at the bottom, and while holding down the Move button, uncheck the first email. Then let go of the Move button. This will delete all emails in the INBOX. You can then go to the TRASH folder and delete all as usual. I know this works, and it will help reduce your stress level until they fix it, but Apple needs to get it together with things so simple as email management.

Sep 22, 2016 7:29 AM in response to Dannmcgby w7ox,Yup! I have an Android 6 tablet I use for various special things, though iPads have been our tablet of choice (three of them) for most uses. No such problems with marking all emails and deleting them on the Samsung Android 6 tab.
I'm about to replace our two iPhone 5s copies with new phones. Now Samsung will be on my list vs. my commitment last week to buy new iPhones. And when the iPads need replacing .... .
