I have a concern about apple support

I would like to ask this question regarding apple support ,How is apple support work , if the support receive 100 Million issues for the same issue, Does apple fix this problem individualy or they fix it and publish an update ? does apple support doing their tests and investigates the OS and once they found an issues they just publish an update. is the OS update comes only from the developers for such new features or hearing from the customers. This is my concern and thank you so much

System updates for both OSX and iOS are created and issued whenever a vulnerability or other widespread problem endemic to the system is discovered and corrected. Discovering problems results from reports from both developers and customers.

Not quite sure what you mean; but as I say Apple gets reports from various sources. Once thing which happens is that developers or firms concerned with internet security may discover a vulnerability in OSX or iOS which would lay it open to hackers; it's normal practice to report this to Apple but not to publish the details (to avoid helping hackers) until the problem is fixed.
