Dictionary double clicking a word in text doesn't works in IOS 10

Since yesterday I installed IOS10 in my iPad Pro, when I'm reading an e-book and I double tap a word, it doesn't appears any option. I closed the app and restated it, closed the iPad and turned on again and the problem continues. In iBooks the screen looks like no sensitive at all. Some help? Thanks.

Hi, well I used to make a double tap to get the option bar showed up, I'm sure because I have read a lot of books and other papers using this app. So when I installed IOS10 I tried to do the same but it didn't work because of the speed I clicked on the screen. When you told me that you lightly pressed on the word to select it, I tried to make the same thing and it worked fine... I must hold pressed a little bit the word with my finger so it works, but it's fine. Holy crap, what a silly thing! I'm very grateful to you all for your quick answer. Thanks.

This helped me to restore several dictionaries to my iPad Pro:

Go on line - preferably WiFi

Go to Settings

Got to Dictionary (you find it near the bottom the list.)

Once you've tapped on Dictionary, a long list of available dictionaries opens.

Tap (tick) the ones you want and they will begin to download. The download circle appears and fills out.

Be careful, they are just as easily deleted as they are downloaded.

Good luck.
