Q: Keychain Issues & Pop-Ups

I have a MacBook Air that I've owned for almost a year now that has recently started acting weird when I changed my apple password. About 2 weeks ago after changing the password I restarted my computer. After restarting a pop-up showed on my screen stating: "(talagent/Messages Agent/AddressBookSourceSync/CallHistoryPluginHelper/com.apple.iCloudHelper.xpc/ accountsd/cloudd/cloudpaird) wants to use the "Local Items" keychain. I thought it had meant my password for my apple account so I typed it in but it didn't disappear so I started typing old passwords I used to have in hopes it would work. After each 4th attempt at typing in a password the pop up would disappear but would be replaced with another one with one of the above labels asking for my local items keychain. There's no way to get rid of these pop-ups unless I type in the correct keychain they want which I can't think of anything else it could be. It's just this continuous cycle of pop ups. I can still use my laptop but the pop ups gets annoying since they're still on the screen. Sometimes when I close my laptop it disappears when I open it again. Although with each time I restart/shutdown/reboot I'm faced with the same problem. I have been snooping through apple support and have found similar cases so I tried following their directions. Based off of what I found I was told to go to my Keychain Access and Change Settings for Keychain login.  I'm able to open the Keychain Access just find but as soon as I reach this step the entire thing freezes and the loading cursor appears. Then I'm stuck waiting for it to load but it never loads. I've waited for long amounts of times and have come back to my laptop still with a loading cursor. Basically I have not been able to do anything to fix it. I also had problems with opening iCloud/Internet Accounts from my System Preferences. As a result of this problem I haven't been able to open/use iMessage, FaceTime, or the Mail app. I've been able to use the Internet fine however all my saved passwords are gone and no matter how many times I do save them now they still won't be saved. I know the problem is with my keychain but I can't even fix it since all it does is become a frozen loading screen. If there's anyone at all who could help me please it would be very much appreciated.

Please make sure you are having four digit iCloud verification code in your records before following the steps .

Please go to go folder and type ~/Library/Keychains  and click on go

Right click on the first folder ( alfa numeric ) and move to trash.

Restart , empty the trash .

All passwords will be deleted , open internet accounts - you have to once again configure your i cloud mail , web mail .

Also in air port utility , you have to enter base station password once again .

The reason for removing alfa numeric folder is as Local keychain is corrupted and is showing pop - up when you open safari and it never goes away ..

I have tried to remove all contents of key chain , and was having four digit code with me , all passwords in my records so everything went fine .

Hope so it might help you .

    Thanks !
