Apple ID. need help...VERY MUCH!

suddenly i find out that Apple Support is god **** trash... i cant contact support, coz they have some not existent number and i cant ask them to call back, since i dont have official support in my country AND i did not find how can i contact support via email....

so the problem is: my email was stolen and password changed, so i cant log in to my Apple ID... i could not restore email password as well.. so for a time i decide just not to use icloud (thanks god appstore acount was on another email).. but the problem came after i install ios 10.0.1. now i have pop up, asking me to log in every 5 seconds. i dont know how to fix this crap... have anyone any suggestions?

You need to contact support.apple.com

i would love to not losing my cool but the fact i cant get rid of soft, which i dont need on my device and this soft dont leting me use it... and i CANT contact support. there is NO support via email. there is NO official support in my country and when i tried to call to Russian support it was said that this number does not exist..... so YEAH.... i have device of number one brand in the world and CANT GET SUPPORT VIA EMAIL OR CHAT! srsly? its just ridiculous i cant believe it...

and do i understand it right that APPLE dont have email support? coz navigation on site is pretty bad and all comunity services were associated with phones..

im not sure that i need itunes help. i am loged into appstore, but cant use icloud. this is 2 different sing ins with different emails and passwords. are u sure i can contact itunes support?

Ok, so 2 days pass since i tried to contact ITUNES support this time... is this normal situation for apple? coz i havent use it before and frenkly speaking a bit shocked right now... feels like im trying to contact some Bangladesh fake phones company, not number one brand....

If it has been more than 48 hours since you received that acknowledgement (and you've checked the spam folder on the email account as well as its inbox) then contact them again
